2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 363, 366A, 354D/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping minor daughter of the informant. They took her away on the pretext of withdrawing money of dress from the bank sanctioned by the Government. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that these petitioners committed rape with her.
