NATH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Mr.Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the learned court below is legal and in accordance with law and therefore the present revision application is misconceived. However, it has been further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue the remedy available to him in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel has, therefore, prayed that the revision application may be allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
