The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 dated 07.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery of the liquor is not from the conscious possession of the petitioner; rather it has been recovered from the bank of a river.
