The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 290, 291, 283, 353, 337, 338, 332, 341, 323, 427, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of creating hindrance in discharging of official duties of the police officials and blocking the road by the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17653 of 2022(3) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a government teacher and he was in the school at the time of incidence.

Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner was the main culprit and he was leading the mob for this purpose.

Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against the petitioner and petitioner is accused in two other cases apart from the present one, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
