The prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37816 of 2017 by a well reasoned and speaking order.

It appears from the record that there has been no change in the circumstances from the date of rejection of the prayer for regular bail by the petitioner i.e. from 10.08.2017 till date.

It is well settled law, that once the application for regular bail has been rejected, the same cannot be entertained if there is no change in the circumstances.

In view of the fact that the prayer for grant of regular
