The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 798 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made behind the house of one Rajesh Paswan. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
