JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-03-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 2 (Colactor Rai). Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 356 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/323/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. So far as other petitioners are concerned, considering the nature of dispute and the nature of injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners No. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 (Except Petitioner No. 2) above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 356/2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
