Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018 for the offence under section 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant case was registered against two unknown persons. Petitioner was not named in FIR.

The petitioner is in custody since 23. 8.2018 yet he has not been put on TIP. In a case registered against unknown, it is obligatory on the part of the prosecution to identify the miscreants Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put
