2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 76 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 448, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and added Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case as per F.I.R. is that when the informant was sitting at his door, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner came and started abusing and when the informant made protest, co-accused Shiya Sharan Thakur and Tribhuwan Thakur caught him and the petitioner and Ajit Kumar Singh inflicted knife blow upon the informant causing injuries to

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some previous dispute, the present F.I.R. has been registered. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after four months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 76 of 2022, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
