Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only impediment in grant of benefits for which the writ application has been filed being the pendency of a departmental proceeding, has ceased to exist on account of exoneration of the petitioner in the proceeding on 07-05-2022 by an order passed by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, copy of which is being retained in the records.

In view of the aforesaid development, the petitioner would be entitled to take benefit of the same in accordance with law.
