The petitioner seeks bail in Ismailpur P.S. case No. 09/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 20, 22 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act read with Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-P/1 to the present application taking into account that altogether 121 kg ganja was alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and in the light of Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act, the petitioner was not entitled for bail.

A report was called for from the Trial Court. It has

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.
