The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 498A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

According to the F.I.R. informant Sajada Khatoon was married with the petitioner Eshteyak Ansari in accordance with Muslim Riti Riwaj on 19.05.2012. Thereafter all the accused persons including husband were started to torture and demanded dowry from the parent through the informant otherwise, she will be ousted from the house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep is wife with all dignity but the same is not acceptable to her. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 2000/- per month in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25471 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 below which shall be released in favour of the informant. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant and thereafter, the above named petitioner in the vent of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Ara in Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 265 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
