2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have injured his own family members due to land dispute. There is case and counter case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Manjhaul Police Station on the first and the third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
