The petitioners are languishing in custody since 21.01.2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction and thereafter killing of the father of the informant.

No.18341 of 2022(3) dt.02-01-2023 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The deceased died due to consumption of sulphas and no one has seen these petitioners either in providing the said material or forcing the deceased to consume the same. The petitioners are in custody since 21.01.2022.

In contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned A.P.P for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submitted that there is material against the petitioners in the involvement of the murder of the father of the informant.

Considering the facts stated above and the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
