Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(d) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.5.2018.

Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 21.5.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 29880 of 2018.

Considering the above, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
