JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kishanganj PS Case No. 265 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the miscreants robbed 3,60,000/- rupees and the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, it is alleged that recovery was made from the house of the petitioner but he was in custody in another case since 8.8.2017.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the occurrence is dated 2.6.2017 and the looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner and he has criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
