The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 379 of 2022 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(i), (ii), 36, 41(i) and (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized articles, including the Truck. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
