No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 1 has drawn my attention to the order of this Court, dated 22.10.2014, from which it appears that the petitioner had undertaken to deposit balance amount of interim maintenance as directed by the Court below. He submits that the said amount has not been deposited and thus after having availing benefit of grant of bail by the said order of this Court, dated 22.10.2014, he has
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.687 of 2014 (3) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 breached the undertaking given by him, which has been recorded in the said order. He further submits that such undertaking was also a reason why this Court had allowed him to go on bail.
