JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that he married his daughter with one Nand Kishore Sharma 25 years ago. Two children were born from their wedlock. After sometime once again torture was started and she was told that she might be killed. As she is being tortured an informatory petition was also filed on 20.03.2014.

Daughter of petitioners no.1 and 2 was married in the house of the informant where she was done to death and for that a

The daughter of the informant was married to one Nand Kishore Sharma, son of Deoraj Sharma. It is submitted that the petitioners have been made accused only because on earlier occasion petitioner no.1 had instituted a case against the informant and others. Petitioners have no concern with the family of husband of the daughter of informant, namely, Nand Kishore Sharma. It has been submitted on behalf of the State and the Informant that the petitioners are named in the FIR. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Abhay Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S.Case No.47 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
