The petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against the husband of the victim lady, who is since in judicial custody. It is further submitted that when the informant went to the hospital, he found that the present petitioners were attending the victim lady at the hospital. No.21775 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2016 already in custody and that the present petitioners have no role to play, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
