JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(I) For a direction to respondents to vacate/revoke suspension of the petitioner issued vide District Officer Rohtas (respondent No. 2) vide Memo No. 3309/Panchayat Dated 28- 11-2022 (Annexur-P/2).

(II) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the departmental proceeding against the petitioner issued by the respondent no. 2, vide memo no.

2136/Estt dated 18-07-2023.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4660 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 (III) For a direction to respondents to give full salary for the period of suspension from 2811-2022 till the date of revocation of the suspension of this petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
