2. The instant revision is directed against an order under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. passed by the learned SubDivisional Magistrate, Buxar on 10.01.2019. It is needless to say that the impugned order has become infructuous.

3. In view of the fact that an order under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. remains enforce for 60 days. As the impugned order is non-est under the law, the instant revision has lost enforce.

4. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as infructuous.
