The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to apply the same policy in respect of the petitioners for their absorption and regularization, who were also duly appointed as instructor under the same Non Formal Education Scheme of the State Government, implemented during 1984 to 1995 as has been done with the case of instructors and Supervisors of the said scheme. (ii) For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to discriminate the petitioners from other

5/5 similarly situated persons.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction for which the petitioners are found to be entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case, especially in compliance with order/ judgments of this Hon'ble Court dated 21.04.2011 passed in CWJC NO. 8418 of 2010 and other batch cases which were duly confirmed by this Hon'ble Court vide judgment dated 11.08.2015 passed in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 along with other batch cases of L.P.A. and CWJC."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
