2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2017 in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one 'Katta' from the house of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of the accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
