2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is alleged that on 26.09.2024, the informant had parked his tractor trolley near his land, but on next date, the same was found missing. CCTV footage showed that an individual, who had wrapped his face, was carrying the said tractor-trolley.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Aswani Kumar Singh, from whose possession, stolen tractor trolley was recovered. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No.179 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
