JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 snatched Rs.50,000/- from the pocket of the complainant when petitioner no. 2 resorted to two rounds of firing on the informant but no injury was caused and petitioner no. 3 took out Rs.1000/- from the pocket of Satan Gope.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 14.12.2013 the complaint was filed on 23.12.2013 whereas the petitioner no. 1 filed Hilsa P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25127 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 No.553 of with accusation under sections 341,323,354,504,506 and 427/34 IPC. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delayed lodging of the complaint, the case lodged by the petitioner no. 1 at earlier point of time and the petitioners having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 1203 C of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
