Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ara Town P.S. Case No.207 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 274, 275, 276, 413, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22711 of 2016 (4) dt.21-07-2016 2/3 Sections 16, 18(a)(i), 18(a)(vi), 18(A), 18(B), 18(c), 27(a), 27(b)(ii)(c), 27(d), 28, 28(A), 30(a)(b)(c) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Sections 47(a) and 55 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has produced before me the certified copy of the order, dated 20.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No.20508 of 2016, whereby, similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Bhashkar Kumar Sinha, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.207 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner, above named, shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when
