The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 435 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased because of extramarital affairs with his sister-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no legal evidence to connect the petitioner with the crime. The postmortem report shows only one external injury which may

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar (Pastpar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
