In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.129 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 324, 307, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The dispute arose on account of throwing the mud and garbage. One person from the side of the petitioner has been killed in that altercation. There is case and counter case. From the side of the informant, 3 to 5 persons have sustained injuries. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
