2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2017 in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased lady and there is no specific allegation against him. It is further submitted that in fact the deceased was mentally ill and she was admitted in the hospital where she died.

4. A perusal of the order of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur dated 10.10.2017 indicates that the witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution in several paragraphs of the case diary.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60020 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
