The writ petition has been filed mainly for a direction to the respondents to supply the food grains to the members of the petitioner's association of Fair Price Dealers in the District of Samastipur.

In view of the time period having passed, nothing remains to be adjudicated. However, with regard to the general demand of the petitioner, that the materials supplied to them should be as per the quantity and weight which is to be officially given to them in terms of The National Food Security Act, 2013, in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13526 of 2014 dt.14-02-2017 2/2 opinion of the Court, the relief being too vague, no positive or specific order can be passed by the Court.

However, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents no. 1 and 2 with regard to being provided the correct amount of materials distributed through the Fair Price Shops. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same would be looked into and appropriate orders passed, in accordance with law, within two months thereafter.
