JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 This mater has been listed at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out certain typographical errors occurring in the order dated 17.5.2016, whereby the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that although the petitioner had come against an order of suspension dated 29.4.2016 impugned at Annexure-3 to the writ petition but due to typographical error the words 'suspension' has been incorrectly mentioned as 'cancellation' in the last line of paragraph 2 at page 1 and in the second line of first paragraph at page 2 as well as in the first line at paragraph 3 at page 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the errors occurring in the order dated 17.5.2016 the word 'cancelled' occurring in the last line of paragraph 2 at

Patna High Court CWJC No.8581 of 2016 (3) dt.23-06-2016 page-1 be modified to read as 'suspended' and the words 'Cancellation' occurring in the second line of first paragraph at page 2 as well as in the first line of paragraph 3 at page 2 be modified to read as 'suspension' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.
