The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioner caused death of the daughter of informant due to the reason that she gave birth to female child. It is submitted that petitioner is married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of

Counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
