This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.50 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail has been rejected vide orders dated 21.08.2024 passed in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17817 of 2025(6) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No.56082 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.58006 of 2024.

From the report of the trial court, it appears that in the trial out of six witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, these bail applications are rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
