Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Seizure list does not bear the signature of either of this petitioner or his family members. Petitioner is a man of no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
