Petitioner no. 3 apprehends her arrest in Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 101/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 341 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he came across with Munniya Devi who demanded money for construction of her house. Munniya Devi has disclosed that she was assaulted by her husband. The informant solemnized marriage with Munniya Devi and it is alleged that after taking money Munniya Devi ousted the informant from her house, but it appears that the informant himself solemnized marriage with Munniya Devi and he was living in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25699 of 2015 (3) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 house along with Munniya Devi.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, Petitioner no. 3 Jagiya Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 101/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
