Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 38 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that in conspiracy with other accused persons he called the deceased and thereafter he was killed.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner, who is a lady and main accused is Arun Singh in this case. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38879 of 2018 (2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 the ground that petitioner promised to get the deceased killed and her name transpires in the supervision note of Dy.S.P. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 38 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in investigation and appear before the police as and when required, otherwise her bail bond shall be cancelled.
