2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):

"That this is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction upon the Respondent to make available the document sought for petitioner at different dates as per Gazette Notification date 22nd September 2022 whereby and where under competent Authorities was called upon to allow for inspection of documents as well as release of registered document on payment of

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to file fresh representation before the Collector, Begusarai in respect to his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

5. In view of the submission of the counsel of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned within a period of three months. If such representation is being filed by the petitioner, the concerned authority will look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
