2. This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 on 24.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 62434 of 2018, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 391 of 2017 dated 23.11.2017, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the ground that Opposite Party No. 2 has failed to hand over the land of Ramjanki Thakurbari, despite specific directions of this Court and his own undertaking to do so.

3. The learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17054 of 2025(9) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 submitted that Opposite Party No. 2 has already handed over the land of Ramjanki Thakurbari to the petitioner and has no concern with the same thereafter.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Superintendent of Police, Supaul, in case Opposite Party No. 2 creates any disturbance on the land of Ramjanki Thakurbari. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
