ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices were issued to the O.P. No. 2 but none appears on her behalf. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 743C of 2008 pending before the S.D.J.M, Hilsa, Nalanda That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

It has been submitted that the petitioner could not deposit Rs. 750/- for two months. The prayer for anticipatory bail shall stand confirmed only on deposit of such amount within two weeks.
