Petitioner seeks regular bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.355 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 414/34 of I.P.C.

Accusation against the petitioner is of recovery of eleven A.T.M. Cards of different banks from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Md.

Mahphooj Ansari @ Md.Mahphooj has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.4227 of 2018. He is in custody since 23.09.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2481 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge 1st, Muzaffarpur, in Saraiya P.S.Case No.355 of 2017.
