Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 1 is a woman and from perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assault is not specific and the entire family has been implicated on account of dispute, which had arisen for the reason that daughter of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16659 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 had gone to pluck peanuts, when the dispute arose, in which both sides assaulted each other.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into account the fact that petitioner No. 1 is a woman, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
