The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Miscellaneous Appeal No. 200 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non- compliance of peremptory order dated 14.10.2014.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let Miscellaneous Appeal No. 200 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
It is clarified that if the order dated 14.10.2014 passed
