JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case Case No. 3490 of 2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.04.20128 in connection with seizure of 20 liters liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for three months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special
