JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections420, 468, 467, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with other-coaccused want to dispossess the informant from his ancestral land showing the same to be the property of the school. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is cultivating on the land by taking the same on lease from the Government Primary School, Durgapur. The mother of

Considering the nature of accusation levelled in the background of dispute with regard to the title of land, in question, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.495 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No.780 C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
