The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head which was warded on the hand and the hand of the informant was broken. Of course, there is a counter version, but on account of assault made by the petitioner the informant got grievous injury.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
