JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 27-04-2017 Challenging rejection of her nomination for election to the Panchayat and contending that her name has not been included in the Voter List in an illegal manner, the writ petition was filed. The elections to the Panchayat were to be held in the year 2016 and now we are informed that the elections are already over and the Writ Court has passed a detailed order indicating as to why indulgence into the matter is not called for.

Keeping in view all these factors, we see no reason to

Patna High Court LPA No.1129 of 2016 dt.27-04-2017 2/2 make any indulgence into the matter, particularly after the elections are already over and the body has already been constituted after the elections.

Accordingly, finding no ground, the Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
