JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-03-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we see no reason to grant any indulgence in the interlocutory order when the prayer of the petitioner is pending consideration before the writ court.

Patna High Court LPA No.1126 of 2016 (7) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 Interest of justice would be met in case the learned writ court is requested to hear all concerned and dispose of the writ petition finally on merit within a reasonable period preferably within six months.
