Petitioner is accused in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 246 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 328/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and later on, section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on perusal of F.I.R., it specifically appears that the marriage of the informant was solemnized 15-20 years ago of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is father-in-law of the informant. He is innocent and has falsely been dragged in this case. Further submission is that he is in custody since 08.12.2017.
