JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the police after investigation has found the case true under the bailable offence and hence, the petitioners were released on police bail bond. But subsequently, the learned court below has differed with the police report and had taken cognizance under non-bailable offence.
